1. Lifting Process
When the FRP single hydraulic prop is lifted, the liquid injection gun in the pipeline system is inserted into the three-way valve oil filling valve body. Hang the locking sleeve and operate the liquid injection gun. The injection gun opens the spherical check valve in the three-way valve and enters the pillar to raise the living column.
2. Hosting Process
After the FRP single hydraulic prop is supported, it is in the loaded state. As the support time is extended, the load on the top of the work surface is increased. When the force of the high pressure liquid in the inner cavity of the strut acts on the safety valve cushion, the safety valve spring is compressed when the pressing force of the hexagonal guide sleeve is pre-set by the safety valve spring. Safety valve cushion moves together with the hexagonal guide sleeve, the safety valve cushion leaves the valve seat, the safety valve is opened, the liquid in the inner chamber overflows, and the living column is shrunk. Roof pressure is balanced again.
3. Return Column Process
When the FRP single hydraulic prop is recovered, insert the unloading handle into the unloading hole of the right valve of the three-way valve. Rotate the unloading handle to force the overall axial movement of the valve sleeve, connecting screw, oil filling valve body, etc. Compress the unloading valve spring, the unloading valve pad leaves the sealing surface of the left valve barrel, and the unloading valve is opened. The working fluid of the inner cavity of the pillar is sprayed into the gob through the left valve cylinder, and the living column is retracted under the action of the self-weight and the return spring, and the pillar recovery is completed.
