Single hydraulic prop is a new environmental protection support equipment. The hydraulic prop can be used to support roof and support end of fully mechanized mining face with metal articulated roof beam in high-grade general mining and gun, as well as point pillar or other temporary support.
The combination of single hydraulic prop and metal articulated roof beam and column can be applied to any mining face with coal seam dip below 35 degrees. On the whole, single hydraulic prop has the advantages of small volume, high support height, reliable support, convenient use and maintenance, and low comprehensive cost. The types of single hydraulic prop are mainly divided into four types: suspension single hydraulic prop, double expansion suspension single hydraulic prop, DN internal injection single hydraulic prop and FRP single hydraulic prop.
