DW type suspension hydraulic prop repair includes overhaul and minor repair. The overhaul includes repairing the live column, cylinder block, top cover, handle body, three-way valve, spring and other components to restore their functions. (1) According to the situation after the dismantling, immediately clean the parts and remove the rust on the surface until the original color of the substrate is left, and then hand it over to the inspectors for inspection and repair.


Cylinder: For the DW type suspended monolithic column, the inner wall of the cylinder does not seal, and the corrosion zone can be repaired, but it must be treated for mechanical deformation.

Live column: If the live column after cleaning has no obvious bending, rust and hard bump, it can enter the assembly process. If there are any other defects, transfer to the column maintenance process for overhaul. Because the DW type of live column is equivalent to a plunger cylinder piston rod, it is the most important sealing area, so its surface must be free of any defects. When the new product is shipped, the DZ type monomer column is galvanized and phosphated. Process, while DW type monomer column is treated with electroless nickel-phosphorus boron alloy anti-corrosion treatment.


At the time of repair, the surface treatment of the live column is the most critical part of the maintenance process and the single-unit repair. The DW-type live column repair process now generally uses the following process: straightening - grinding the original coating with a grinding machine - chemistry Nickel-plated phosphorus-boron alloy.


Top cover, base and handle body: After mechanical rust removal, then dry treatment, pay special attention to the treatment of the sealing area. For workpieces with severe deformation or serious corrosion in the sealing area, maintenance is required. For cylindrical pins, it is necessary to check the expansion and size after rust removal, and fail the replacement. Welding repair when the top cover has missing claws.


During the maintenance process, all rubber parts, nylon parts and connecting wires are generally replaced.


(2) Inspection.

For the workpieces that have entered the repair process after the overhaul process, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding standards, and the inspection process may be followed by the installation process.


(3) Installation.

According to the installation amount, the required sealing and rubber parts are obtained, and the inspected workpiece is placed in a proper position. Before installation, the top cover of the sealing member, the handle body and the surface of the living column are coated with anti-corrosion oil. The installation sequence is Firstly, the sealing and rubber parts are mounted to the inner top cover, the handle body, and then the living column is loaded into the cylinder from the top, the handle body is installed, and then the return spring and the inner top cover sealing assembly, the handle body and the top cover are installed. Plug the three valve ports into dustproof plugs and send them to the test bench.


(4) Pressure test.

First install the tested three-purpose valve, check the standard reference (MT112.1-2OO6), and carry out high and low pressure two sealing tests. The test standard is carried out in accordance with the general requirements of the first part of the MT112.1-2006 mining monomer column. In the process of pressure relief, the liquid return side is connected to the special pipe for liquid return, and then the pressure is slowly released. The process of returning to the column should be smooth and smooth, and the unqualified ones are not allowed to leave the factory.


(5) Painting.

After the test is qualified, the surface is scrubbed and dried, and then the iron red primer is sprayed. After drying, the repair label is attached and the corresponding contents are filled out.


(6) Factory inspection.

Stack the treated pillars into a waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof ventilated place, place them upside down, and do not stack them horizontally.
