With the continuous improvement of coal mine support, the single hydraulic prop has been used to support the mining surface. The unit hydraulic prop assembler consists of a fuselage, two stroke cylinders and a hydraulic system that controls the reciprocating movement of each cylinder. The feature of the structure is that two stroke cylinders are installed on the fuselage, the cylinder body of one cylinder is installed on one end of the upper end of the fuselage, and the top of the piston rod is provided with a bottom bracket. The cylinder body of the other cylinder is installed in the lower part of the upper face of the fuselage, and the top of the piston rod is connected to the bottom of the slide plate. Driven by the oil cylinder, the slide plate can slide in parallel along the upper end of the fuselage. The upper end of the fuselage and the slide plate are respectively provided with multiple centering supports and open-type shields to keep the cylinder of the assembled hydraulic prop and the piston rod separator on the same axis. The mounting position of the connection between the cylinder and piston rod of the hydraulic prop and the upper end of the fuselage are also provided with the mounting frame to send the assembly to the mounting position and the limited mounting position respectively. The other end of the upper end of the fuselage is provided with a top cover. The top cover, handle body, limit wire ring, piston, bottom cover, cylinder and piston rod of the assembled hydraulic prop can be assembled together by mounting frame, top cover frame and other auxiliary body with the reciprocating movement of the two oil cylinders.
The auxiliary tool of the single hydraulic prop is specially designed for the handlebar body of the assembly of the hydraulic prop, the limit wire ring and the sealing ring on the piston to enter the cylinder during the assembly process, which includes a cone guide sleeve and an open cone hole guide sleeve. The rear end of the cone guide sleeve can be matched with the inner diameter of the piston rod of the hydraulic prop, and the large diameter of the cone is the same as the outer diameter of the piston rod of the hydraulic prop. The back end of the guide sleeve of the taper hole can be matched with the outer diameter of the cylinder of the hydraulic prop, and the small inner diameter of the taper hole is the same as that of the cylinder of the hydraulic prop.
Because the single hydraulic prop assembler adopts full hydraulic control, through the reciprocating movement of the two stroke cylinders, the components of the assembled hydraulic prop can be quickly assembled in turn by using the centering support, mounting frame, roof frame and auxiliary tire, which basically realizes the mechanization of maintenance assembly. It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and greatly improve work efficiency. It avoids deformation or damage of parts due to knocking during manual assembly, and improves the qualification rate of maintenance.
