The single hydraulic prop can be seen everywhere in the mining industry and is familiar to the majority of mining operators. It plays an irreplaceable role in the mine support work. But any tool used underground is subject to strict inspection in case it poses a threat to mine operations. Mine is a relatively closed space, if dangerous, difficult to solve, will pose a great threat to the safety of miners' lives. Therefore, in the daily use of the shaft before the column should be carefully inspected.
So how do you do that?
First, conduct high and low pressure tests. No pressure drop is allowed within 2min, no leakage is allowed within 4h, and no blockage is allowed on the lifting column. The limit device must be reliable to ensure safety.
Second, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the coal mine pillar, the single hydraulic pillar transportation, the cylinder valve hole should be blocked by plastic bowl;
Third, the nozzle of the third valve should be parallel to the coal wall, in order to reduce the coal dust when firing, but also to prevent the third valve outside the explosion injury;
Fourthly, the nozzle of nozzle and valve should be opened to wash out the nozzle before the liquid injection to prevent coal dust from being injected into the valve body;
Fifthly, special handlebars should be used when withdrawing the pillar, and solid barrier curtain should be hung to prevent the top beam and large pieces of gangue from hitting the pillar.
Sixth, there are 2 full-time pillar managers in each shift of the working face, who are responsible for the counting and management of the pillars, top beams and horizontal wedge, dealing with general faults, replacing the three failure valves and damaged covers, etc.;
Seventh, the work face pillar, top beam, horizontal wedge are numbered, the implementation of "seat".
In normal operation, the rated resistance of coal pillar is determined by the opening pressure of safety valve. The opening pressure of the safety valve is high, the rated working resistance of the pillar is large, and the higher the requirement of the support to the contact ratio of the top and bottom plate is; Otherwise, it's small. In the actual use of coal mine, in order to facilitate pillar management, the opening pressure of the safety valve was adjusted to 30T, which caused the top row of pillars to be cut off almost without the opening of the safety valve when the working face of the broken roof was pressed periodically. As a result, the back top bar was pressed off, and the roof along the inclined direction experienced wave-type deflection failure. Local caving accidents occur from time to time. Part of the coal mine pillar support stope and sgwd-17 type scraper conveyor are used to form the stoping working face. The working face and roadway width are provided with the support mode of 1.0m twisted top beam and the vertical column and vertical beam suspension, and the gap between the roof and the coal wall is about 0.5m wide, so that the roof of the working face may collapse. Therefore, when the coal pillar is used under the condition of broken roof, the distance and time of hollow roof in front of the wall should be reduced as much as possible.
