In the coal industry management work, we are not afraid of problems. The key is whether we can find a solution to the problems. In view of the problems in the wall working face and the hydraulic prop supporting the stope, we will analyze a few suggestions
1. Reasonably choose the location of the hydraulic pump station and choose the type of floating pump.
For hydraulic props, an emulsification pump with a rated working pressure greater than 15MPa should be selected, and the pump station should be set within 100 meters from the working surface to ensure that the hydraulic acrow props working pressure of the injection gun at the farthest liquid supply reaches 9.8MPa. If conditions permit, the hydraulic pump can be built into a movable type for better effect.
2. Wear shoes on the hydraulic acrow props to prevent the bottom from drilling. The floor of the regional coal seam is mostly silty claystone, which has the property of swelling in contact with water, and the bottom of the pillar is serious. In actual work, in order to prevent the pillars from drilling through the bottom plate, iron shoes of 200×200×15mm are generally used. Why not use wooden shoes? Because the clogs are small in strength and the force area is small, they will often be broken by fracturing and fail, which increases the difficulty of the bottom plate management and may cause accidents.
3. Increase the diameter of the bottom seat. According to the inclination of the coal seam of the acrow prop working face, use a flat base as much as possible. The area of the base of the pillar is small. The pillar is easy to drill and it is difficult to recover when padding. Therefore, choose a base that should be suitable for soft rock formations. The area of the upper part of the base is equal to the area of the foot of the pillar. Bolts can be used to connect the upper part of the base to the lower part of the acrow prop. When returning to the acrow prop, use it to recycle and reuse the iron shoes, simplify the process of backing shoes and improve the recovery of iron shoes. Utilization rate.
4. Reasonable selection of pillars and three-purpose valves. If the hydraulic system is found to be leaking, it should be replaced and repaired in time, and it should not be used reluctantly; the newly entered well or newly purchased hydraulic acrow props should be discharged from the cylinder to avoid a small amount of gas in the emulsion and reduce the rigidity of the support system.
