Characteristics Of Single Suspension Hydraulic Prop

The single hydraulic prop has good stability and outstanding technical performance advantages. The single support height of coal mine general mining face is increased from 2.5 m to 3.5 M. the coal seam below 3.5 m can realize one-time mining full height, and provide end and advance suspension hydraulic prop support for working face with coal seam thickness less than 4.5 M.

Each specification can replace 2-4 specifications of the traditional piston type single prop, which reduces the frequency of changing different types of suspension hydraulic prop due to the change of mining height of working face and the change of roof and floor movement of roadway, and reduces the labor intensity of workers and the additional reserve number of hydraulic props.

2. Hydraulic Prop is high support strength, good safety and stability
The support has no load-bearing weld, and the support adopts the principle of suspension technology. The suspension force generated by high-pressure liquid directly acts on the top cover end, reaching four fifths of the working resistance, and the stress of the column is only one fifth, which greatly improves the stability and eccentric load capacity of the support.

3. The leakage is easy to find, safe and reliable, with high performance
Due to the structural improvement, the situation of false top and falling off of the hydraulic prop caused by internal leakage is avoided. Once the hydraulic prop leaks, it can be directly detected by naked eyes at the underground site, and the hydraulic prop can be replaced at any time. The technical principle of sealing compensation and sealing tension is adopted. The greater the roof weighting is, the closer the sealing surface is, the less likely it is to leak.
