1. When inspecting the single hydraulic prop, it is found that the joints at both ends are damaged and cracked, the welds of each part are cracked, bent, deformed, and the ears are deformed. Continuous missing teeth can not jam the prop. If the pin is bent or has no pin, it should be replaced immediately;
2. When inspecting the liquid injection gun, if it is found that there is leakage, damage, deformation, no sealing ring or abnormal liquid discharge, it should be repaired or replaced by the relevant staff immediately;
3. When inspecting the hydraulic acrow props,, it is found that the three-purpose valve is invalid, leaking, deformed, bent, the surface of the movable column is rusted, the top cover lacks more than two small claws or the handle is damaged, it should be replaced in time;
4. Check whether the roof, coal bank and support of the suspension hydraulic prop work site meet the quality requirements, and if any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
