Now I want to explain the relevant contents of the FRP hydraulic prop to my friends. Is the understanding of the FRP hydraulic prop getting deeper and deeper? This time, let's have a deep understanding of the fiberglass hydraulic prop.
1. Grasp the reasonable height of the FRP hydraulic prop: the support height should be less than 0.1m of the designed large height of the support, and the small support height should be greater than 0.2m of the designed small height of the support.
2. The valve group, column and jack used for the fiberglass hydraulic prop shall not be disassembled and inspected underground, but can be replaced as a whole. Before replacement, shorten the cylinder block as much as possible, and install dust caps at the joints.
3. The spare hydraulic hoses, valve groups, hydraulic cylinders, pipe joints, etc. shall be blocked with special plugs, and shall be cleaned with emulsion during replacement.
4. When replacing the rubber hose and the hydraulic parts of the valve group, it is only allowed to do so under the "no pressure" state, and it is not allowed to put the high-pressure outlet to people.
5. Clear obstacles in front of and on both sides of the support, hang and bind pipes, lines and communication facilities in order.
6. Check the pipeline of the rack before moving the rack each time, do not scratch, and clear the obstacles in front of the rack.
7. It is not allowed to remove and adjust the safety valve on the suspended single hydraulic prop at will.
