Cylinder: as the main part of the Acrow Prop, the cylinder is responsible for storing and transmitting hydraulic energy, which is the main component of the pillar to bear pressure.
Live column: the live column is the upper bearing rod of the pillar, usually composed of the column head, spring upper hook, live column cylinder, etc. The column can be retracted under hydraulic pressure to meet different support needs. The live column can be extended and retracted under the action of Acrow Prop pressure to adapt to different support needs.
Handle body: the handle body is an important part of the operation of the Hydraulic Prop, connected to the cylinder through the connecting steel wire, can rotate freely around the cylinder, so as to facilitate the operator to carry out lifting and lowering operations. The groove of the handle body is also equipped with a dustproof ring to prevent dirt from entering the inside of the cylinder.
Three-use valve: the three-use valve consists of check valve, safety valve and unloading valve, which is the control centre of the Hydraulic Prop. The one-way valve is used to prevent the liquid from flowing back when injecting liquid; the safety valve ensures that the strut has retractability when the load reaches the rated working resistance to prevent overload damage; the unloading valve is used to unload the strut back to the column.
Limit device: the limit device is used to limit the expansion and contraction range of the live column to ensure the stability and safety of the column in the process of use.
Base: the base is the bottom support structure of the Hydraulic Prop, usually composed of the base body, spring hanging ring, O-shaped sealing ring, anti-squeeze ring and so on. The base is connected to the cylinder through the connecting wire, and is the sealing and bearing parts at the bottom of the pillar.
