Unloading and pre-processing
Adopt CNC cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and other advanced equipments to ensure the precision and efficiency of material discharging.
The surface of raw materials is sandblasted to remove oxidised skin and improve fatigue strength.
Mechanical Processing
Use CNC machine tools and other high-precision equipment to carry out finishing machining of key parts such as cylinder barrels, piston columns, guide bushings, pistons and so on.
Ensure that the size tolerance, shape tolerance, position tolerance and surface roughness meet the technical requirements of Hydraulic Prop.
Heat treatment
According to the characteristics of the blank to choose the appropriate method of loading the furnace, the use of temperature controllers, time controllers and other dynamic monitoring.
Ensure that the hardness of the heat-treated parts meets the technical requirements of the drawings, in order to improve the quality of the subsequent processing of Hydraulic Prop and the use of performance.
Plating and anti-corrosion treatment
Carry out plating treatment on the column, jack and other parts to enhance their corrosion resistance.
Ensure that the thickness, uniformity and adhesion of the plating layer meet the technical requirements.
