I. Daily inspection
Appearance check: Regularly check the appearance of the Steel Acrow Props, including whether there are cracks, deformation, corrosion and other signs.
Seal check: check whether the sealing ring, dust cover and other parts are intact and whether there is any oil leakage.
Second, regular maintenance
Hydraulic oil replacement: Replace the Steel Acrow Props oil regularly to avoid the hydraulic oil from impurities and moisture erosion.
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the base fixing bolts and nuts of the Suspension Hydraulic Prop, as well as other parts that are easy to accumulate dust and dirt, to ensure firm installation and stable performance.
Third, professional maintenance
Disassembly and inspection: When it is necessary to repair, the monolithic hydraulic strut should be lifted up first, loosen the connector of the Suspension Hydraulic Prop oil pipe, and disassemble the nut, dust cover and seal ring and other parts on the top of the strut.
Repair and replacement: according to the inspection results, repair or replace the worn or damaged parts. Professional tools should be used when repairing, and ensure the safety of operation.
Installation and commissioning: after the repair is completed, the strut should be installed back on the machine and fixed with the strut base fixing bolt. Then install the dust cover and sealing ring on the top of the strut, as well as the Suspension Hydraulic Prop oil pipe and connector and other parts. Finally, the hydraulic system should be tested and debugged to ensure normal operation of the system.
