I. Selection of storage location
Safety: the hydraulic strut should be stored in a safe, designated location with obvious storage signs to prevent misuse or damage.
Environmental requirements: the storage location should be free of water, sheet gangs, bubbling down and corrosion, and the ambient temperature should be kept above 0℃ to ensure that the pillars will not be damaged due to low temperature.
Second, the requirements of the storage method
Categorized storage: the intact hydraulic strut and the pillar to be repaired and scrapped should be stored separately to avoid confusion. The Hydraulic Acrow Props to be repaired and scrapped should be sent to the maintenance workshop in time for repair or treatment.
Neat and stable: Hydraulic Acrow Props should be stored vertically or inclined according to the regulations, and ensure that they are stored neatly and stably to avoid collapse and other safety hazards. At the same time, the storage should take into account the need for easy transportation and appropriation.
Use of cushions: When storing Steel Acrow Props, the bottom surface should be cushioned with wooden cubes and other cushions to protect the bottom of the pillar from damage.
Third, the precautions in the storage process
Hold and put gently: When storing Steel Acrow Props, they should be held gently and put gently, and it is strictly prohibited to throw, touch and smash and other behaviors in order to avoid damaging the pillars and their key components (such as “three-use valve”).
Cleaning and protection: The stored Hydraulic Acrow Props should be cleaned to prevent dust, debris and other things from entering the interior of the pillars. Long-term storage of the pillar should be covered with thatch and other coverings to prevent direct sunlight and rain erosion.
Fourth, the storage requirements of special circumstances
Short-term non-use: For the short-term non-use of Steel Acrow Props , the cavity should be drained of water or emulsion, and the cylinder surface should be washed and dried. At the same time, the liquid inlet hole of the three-use valve should be blocked to prevent dirt from entering the inside of the pillar.
