1. Choose the appropriate psop size based on the height of the roadway at the site. According to the pressure of the top surface of the working face and determine a reasonable support density.


2. Operators should receive professional training before using the single hydraulic props, including the technical characteristics, construction, working principle and operating methods of the single hydraulic prop.


3. The first use of the single hydraulic prop after the first use or repair, in order to prevent air leakage, the air in the cylinder must be drained clean. Discharge method: Repeat the injection and drain until it is drained.


4. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the shape parts of the pillars are complete, and whether the pillars are bent, sunken, missing claws and leaking.


5. When the support height exceeds the maximum allowable height of the props, the corresponding specification props shall be replaced in time, and temporary measures such as laying planks and vermiculite at the bottom of the column shall not be adopted.


6. After the prop is moved to the predetermined support location, the dirt in the three-valve nozzle should be flushed with the emulsion in the liquid injection gun, and then the liquid injection gun is inserted into the three-purpose valve and connected with the locking sleeve.


7. When supporting the props, you should pay attention to:

(1) The pillars should be perpendicular to the top and bottom plates, so that the pillars are in a vertical stress state and are not easily pushed down, and the initial support force must meet the requirements.

(2) In order to facilitate the removal of the column and safety, the pillars should be kept parallel with the three-way valve and the groove, and the injection valve port faces the gob.

(3) The pillars should be at an appropriate distance from the transport machinery to avoid damaging the cylinders, the handlebars and three-purpose valve.

(4) The four claws of the pillar top cover shall be caught on the top beam lace groove, and it is not allowed to place the four claws on the top beam or the top beam joint. The rigid contact surface of the top end of the unit requires a wood chip.

(5) After the liquid injection gun is used up, it should be hung on the pillar handle. It is forbidden to throw the liquid injection gun on the bottom plate,or use the liquid injection gun to smash the three-purpose valve. It is necessary to prevent the injection liquid barrel from being entangled or buried by coal rock.

(6) It is forbidden to use leaking and failed pillars or to handle leaking three-way valves in an improper manner.

(7) The column spacing, row spacing, and peak angle of the pillars shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the operating procedures.

(8) All single hydraulic props must be bolted to the inverted rope.


8. The pillars in use shall not be used beyond the stroke. When the volume of the column is less than 200mm, it should be retraced and replaced in time.


9. It is forbidden to use a metal object such as a hammer or a hammer to violently hit any part of the pillar to avoid damaging the pillar.


10. Check the surrounding roof and the brackets before returning to the column. If there are broken beams, missing columns and other unsafe factors, they must be treated before returning to the column.
