Suspension Single Hydraulic Props Use Precautions

Single Hydraulic Prop

Hydraulic Prop

1. First, according to the height of the working face, select the appropriate acrow prop specifications, and determine the reasonable support density according to the pressure of the top surface of the working face to ensure safety and give full play to the technical characteristics of the pillar.

2. The props must meet the factory test requirements. The new acrow props to the mine must also pass the inspection and re-test before they can be used.

3. When the prop is used, the column should be raised or lowered once or twice to remove the air in the cylinder.

4. When supporting the acrow props, the following points should be noted:

(1) The Suspension Single Hydraulic Props should be perpendicular to the top and bottom plates, and have a certain "mountain" angle, so that the pillars are in a vertical stress state and are not easy to be pushed down.

(2) The prop unloading valve is directed to the side of the coal wall at a certain angle to ensure the safety of the column and prevent the shearer from colliding with the unloading device.

(3) The acrow props and the working face transport machinery should have an appropriate distance to prevent the shearer from knocking down the pillar or hitting the cylinder, the handle body and the three-way valve.

(4) The four claws of the acrow prop top cover should be stuck on the top beam lace groove, and it is not allowed to put the four claws on the top beam or the top beam joint.

(5) The column must be fully retracted before the column can be withdrawn.

5. Ensuring that the pillars have sufficient initial support is one of the keys to using the acrow props. Pay attention to the following points:

(1) Control the constant pressure of the pumping station to ensure sufficient initial support.

(2) The liquid injection gun should be placed on the handle of the acrow prop or placed on the injection nozzle of the acrow prop, and should not be placed on the bottom plate to prevent coal dust pollution.

6. When the height of the living column has fallen below the minimum safe height, it should be replaced with other types of acrow props in time to avoid pressing into a “dead column”.

7. When the acrow props are returned to the column, they can be used for close-distance unloading or long-distance unloading, which can be selected according to the working surface conditions.

8. It is absolutely forbidden to use a metal object such as a hammer or a hammer to violently tap any part of the pillar to avoid damaging the acrow prop.

9. The acrow props cannot be placed horizontally for the jacks, especially the support handles are used as the fulcrum of the jacks.

10. Pull back the pillars, the top cover is placed upright, and it should not be thrown at will to prevent pulverized coal from entering the acrow prop cavity.

11. Due to the dustiness of the work, the parts are not allowed to be disassembled on the work surface.

12. The acrow props should be lightly loaded and unloaded during transportation, and no wrestling is allowed, so as not to damage the pillars.

13. During the test and use, the pillars are prohibited from being pressed under no-load.
