2. Carrying and overflowing process
After the support of the single hydraulic prop is carried, the load on the single hydraulic prop is increased with the extension of the support time. When the load on the single hydraulic prop exceeds the rated working resistance, the high pressure liquid in the acrow prop cavity acts on the safety valve cushion. The force, when the safety valve spring is pre-set to give the hex guide sleeve the compression force, the compression safety valve spring, the safety valve cushion and the hexagonal guide sleeve move together, the safety valve gasket leaves the valve seat, the safety valve is opened, the inner cavity liquid spilled, the living column is shrunk. The roof pressure is again balanced.
3. Back to the column process
When the acrow prop is recovered, insert the unloading handle into the unloading hole of the right valve cylinder of the three-way valve, rotate the unloading handle, and force the whole axial movement of the valve sleeve, the connecting screw, the oil filling valve body, etc., compress the unloading valve spring, and unload the valve gasket to leave. The sealing surface of the left valve cylinder is opened, the working fluid of the inner cavity of the acrow prop is sprayed into the gob through the left valve cylinder, and the living column is retracted by the self weight and the return spring.
