3. The top beam, the shield beam and even the rear connecting rod are provided with the movable side guard, which has good performance of retaining gangue and is conducive to the anti-falling of the support and the adjustment of the distance between the supports.
4. The column is inclined forward to support, and the reasonable point of supporting force is close to the coal wall, which can effectively support the roof in front of the coal wall.
The support force of shield type hydraulic support is small, but the stability and screen performance are good, the range of adjustment is large, the adaptability to the broken roof is strong, suitable for support instability or medium stable loose broken roof.
