4. The props of the working face shall be used together with the top beam by "seat matching" and "plate management".

7. The prop shall clean the one-way valve and nozzle with the liquid injection gun before setting up, and insert the liquid gun into the three-purpose valve after there is no coal dust pollutant, and then start the liquid supply after the connection is completed.
8. The support should be perpendicular to the roof. When there is an Angle to greet the mountain, the Angle to greet the mountain should be appropriate (generally 30 ~ 50), the support should be firm, to prevent the collapse of the prop. The top of the prop and the top beam should be in close contact. When a single hydraulic prop is used with a top cover, the four-angle jaw of the top cover should be fixed in the edge groove of the lace top beam to prevent the jaw of the top cover from being placed on the top beam body or the joint of the top beam.
9. When lifting the column, first put the nozzle barrel on the three valves, then hang the lock sleeve of the nozzle, and then you can control the nozzle handle. The high pressure emulsion is fed to the internal cavity of the prop through the injection gun, and the live column rises rapidly until the top of the prop is in contact with the metal roof beam and is close to the roof of the working face.
10. The liquid pressure in the hydraulic pump station should be stable to prevent the overflow of the prop unloading valve when the injection gun is removed.
11. After the injection of single hydraulic prop, the injection gun should be placed on the handle of the prop or on the injection mouth of the prop, not on the bottom plate or dragged on the bottom plate to prevent coal dust pollution.

The live column will contract under the action of dead weight and reset spring, thus achieving the purpose of returning the column.
14, do not use metal objects to hit the working face, hammer pick to hit the hydraulic support of all parts, especially the chromium plating layer, otherwise the pit, coating peeling, damage the performance of the support and scrap.
15. In the process of pillar unsupporting, it is not allowed to place the pillar horizontally as a push jack, especially attention should be paid to the fact that the support handle should not be used as the fulcrum of the push jack, otherwise the pillar will be largely damaged.
