2. Strictly pay attention to and check the support specification quality according to the specification of support design, and ensure the horizontal and vertical alignment. Unqualified pillars must be inspected, corrected and replaced.

 

3. Shooting is not allowed on the working face using single prop. If shooting is necessary on the working face, effective measures should be taken to prevent damage to the single hydraulic prop, and should be reported to the chief engineer for approval.

 

4. The props of the working face shall be used together with the top beam by "seat matching" and "plate management".

7. The prop shall clean the one-way valve and nozzle with the liquid injection gun before setting up, and insert the liquid gun into the three-purpose valve after there is no coal dust pollutant, and then start the liquid supply after the connection is completed.

 

8. The support should be perpendicular to the roof. 10. The liquid pressure in the hydraulic pump station should be stable to prevent the overflow of the prop unloading valve when the injection gun is removed.

 

11. After the injection of single hydraulic prop, the injection gun should be placed on the handle of the prop or on the injection mouth of the prop, not on the bottom plate or dragged on the bottom plate to prevent coal dust pollution.

14, do not use metal objects to hit the working face, hammer pick to hit the hydraulic support of all parts, especially the chromium plating layer, otherwise the pit, coating peeling, damage the performance of the support and scrap.

 

15. In the process of pillar unsupporting, it is not allowed to place the pillar horizontally as a push jack, especially attention should be paid to the fact that the support handle should not be used as the fulcrum of the push jack, otherwise the pillar will be largely damaged.
