There are many types of single hydraulic props, and FRP single hydraulic props are just one of them, so how can we operate more safely? In order to ensure the safety of the support during the use of various types of FRP single hydraulic props, the replacement measures are formulated as follows:
Replacement measures of FRP single hydraulic prop
1. The replacement props can be replaced during the progress of the mining face. The sequence of returning columns is from bottom to top, and they are recovered frame by frame from the goaf to the coal wall. It is strictly forbidden to pick up the beams and dismantle the columns in advance or enter the goaf.
2. When segmenting, split the fault or roof crushing zone as far as possible. The segmentation point should be in a safe area where the roof conditions are better and the support is more reliable. If the roof is broken at the return column, the support is skewed and must be carried out. After maintenance, confirm the safety before returning to the column.
Formulate Replacement Measures For FRP Single Hydraulic Props
3. When the normal return column is placed on the top, the section distance shall not be less than 15m; the return column and the pillar shall be operated in parallel. The small safety distance shall not be less than 15m; the return column shall not be operated in parallel with the charging and blasting.
4. At least two people should return the column to the top. One person should return the column to the top and one person to observe the roof and supporting conditions.
5. Depending on the condition of the roof, the column puller must be firmly hung on a regular and strong post 1 to 3 m from the return point.
6. The replaced props, top beams and other materials should be neatly arranged, and the wells should be lifted in time to ensure the smooth flow of pedestrians.
The above is the replacement measures of the FRP single hydraulic prop, which may be incomplete, and there are some points that have not been mentioned. If you still have suggestions or comments, please feel free to leave us a message!
