Column return operation: check whether the surrounding roof plate and support are intact before returning to the column; when returning to the column, two people should cooperate to ensure that the work is carried out in a safe place where the support is intact; in the process of returning to the column, the relevant essentials and regulations should be strictly enforced.
Precautions: choose the appropriate pillar specifications according to the mining height of the working face and the size of the roof pressure; the Hydraulic Acrow Props must reach the specified initial bracing force before stopping the injection of liquid; prohibit the use of hammers, pickaxes and other metal objects to smash any part of the Hydraulic Acrow Props; the pillars that have been withdrawn should be properly stored to prevent damage.
