Basic Composition:
Hydraulic Acrow Props is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, sealing device and valve and other components. These components work together so that the Hydraulic Acrow Props can be adjusted in height and support force according to different needs.
Unpressurised State:
When the Steel Acrow Props is in the unpressurised state, the liquid in the Steel Acrow Props cylinder is in a balanced state, and at this time the Steel Acrow Props maintains the column support state, but is not subject to external pressure.
Height Adjustment (boosting):
When the height of the Steel Acrow Props needs to be adjusted, the liquid enters the hydraulic cylinder from the hydraulic source (e.g. pump station) through the control valve.
Due to the incompressible nature of the liquid, the pressure inside the Steel Acrow Props cylinder gradually increases, forcing the piston rod to extend outward, thus achieving the purpose of adjusting the height of the pillar upward.
Height Reduction (pressure reduction):
When it is necessary to reduce the height of the Steel Acrow Props, the liquid in the Steel Acrow Props cylinder is discharged through the control valve.
With the reduction of liquid, the pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder gradually decreases, and the piston rod retracts inward under the reduced internal pressure and possible external gravity, thus realising the purpose of adjusting the height of the strut downward.
