I. High initial bracing force and constant resistance characteristics

High initial bracing force: the initial bracing force of Acrow Prop, especially monolithic  Adjustable Props, can reach a high level, such as 70100KN, which is 310 times higher than that of friction pillars. This high initial bracing force makes the  Adjustable Props able to contact the roof plate closely, effectively preventing the roof plate from sinking early, thus enhancing the supporting effect.

Constant resistance characteristic: after the pillar is supported, the rated working resistance can be reached in the case of very little top plate sinking (generally less than 50mm), and the constant resistance characteristic is maintained. This means that the Adjustable Props can maintain a stable support force when the roof pressure changes, avoiding the roof damage caused by too much or too little support force.
