Daily maintenance
Cleaning: Regularly clean the Suspension Hydraulic Prop to prevent the accumulation of debris, dust and other damage to the equipment. Use appropriate cleaners and tools to ensure that the surface of the Suspension Hydraulic Prop and connecting parts are clean.
Inspection:
Regularly inspect the various components of the Suspension Hydraulic Prop, including the Suspension Hydraulic Prop cylinder, piston, strut shell, hoses and valves, etc., to ensure that they are not damaged or leaking.
Check the wear and tear of the Steel Acrow Props, especially the piston port, seals and other vulnerable parts, and replace the badly worn parts in time.
Check whether the height adjustment mechanism of the Steel Acrow Props is flexible, and deal with it in time if there is any stuck phenomenon.
Lubrication: According to the manufacturer's recommendation, lubricate the sliding parts of the Steel Acrow Props to reduce friction and wear.
Second, professional maintenance
Replacement of hydraulic oil: Replace the hydraulic oil regularly to ensure that the cleanliness and viscosity of the hydraulic oil meet the requirements. When replacing the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic system should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent impurities from entering.
Adjust the pressure: Adjust the working pressure of the Steel Acrow Props according to the working demand. Ensure that the pressure is set within the safe range to avoid damage to the pillar caused by too high or too low pressure.
Repair faults: When the Steel Acrow Props fails, it should be repaired in time. The maintenance should follow the maintenance manual and design drawings provided by the manufacturer to ensure maintenance quality and safety.
Third, storage and maintenance
Long-term storage: If the Steel Acrow Props needs long-term storage, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated and pressure-free place. Before storage, the pillar should be thoroughly cleaned and drained of hydraulic oil.
Prevent corrosion: During storage, measures should be taken to prevent the Steel Acrow Props from being corroded. For example, anticorrosive agents can be used to coat the surface of the Steel Acrow Props, or desiccants can be used to keep the storage environment dry.
